Encapsulate a town centre, city or an entire Local Government Area (LGA) in 3D, then use this powerful, interactive tool to plan and visualise a sustainable future.
With a click of the mouse the user is transported into an immediately recognisable and totally realistic city environment – just like being there. Navigation is as simple and as intuitive as a computer game allowing easy access to survey accurate spatial data.
Both the Gosford and Mornington models have been used to good effect in
court situations and received acknowledgement by the relevant state
planning authorities. The Victorian Department of Sustainability and
Environment (DSE) enthusiastically expressed their support and approval
of the Mornington model as a planning and assessment tool.
- The Mornington Activity Centre Model was the winner of the 2006 ASIBA Victoria Measurement and Mapping Award, gaining a special commendation in the 2006 ASIBA SE Asia and Pacific Awards
- Gosford City Council's 3D CBD Model was awarded a Planning Excellence Award by the Planning Institute of Australia.
